Regional Coordinator - Oversees the delegation process across multiple states within a designated geographic region, ensuring consistency in procedures, resolving escalated issues, and serving as the primary liaison between state coordinators and national convention leadership.

State Coordinator - Manages the full delegation process within a single state, coordinating with district coordinators to ensure accurate vote tallying, compliance with party rules, and timely reporting of delegate counts to the regional coordinator.

District Coordinator - Responsible for organizing and overseeing the delegation vote within a specific congressional or party district, collecting and verifying delegate commitments at the local level, and reporting results up to the state coordinator.

Convention Volunteer Provides on-the-ground support during the convention by assisting with tasks such as directing attendees, distributing materials, and supporting coordinators as needed. Volunteers serve as a vital resource for ensuring the smooth operation of convention proceedings and are assigned duties based on the needs of their designated area or team.
